This is an act of thanksgiving and remembrance for loved ones you have loved and lost either this year or in previous years. 

During the service you will be invited to light a candle (electric candles are available) and write a message on the christmas tree.  During the Christmas period the church used the tree and the messages on it as a focus for prayer.  

Followed by refreshments.
