This District Event takes place in our circuit every 3-4 years. As in past years, this will require help from all the churches in various ways, including stewarding, car parking duty, and serving refreshments. Please could everyone make a note of the date, and all circuit churches keep their diaries clear of other events so people are available to help.

It would be helpful if each church can start asking for people to volunteer on the day. Lists of names to be sent to Becky at the Circuit office.
