Coronavirus Guidance The NHS have summary sheets about the restrictions applying in the various Risk-Tiers. See the Rules for Tier-4 (Stay at Home) area. The Methodist Church has issued guidance on their website at https://www.methodist.org.uk/about-us/coronavirus/ and https://www.methodist.org.uk/coronavirus/. Remember to carry tissues with you and use them to catch your cough or sneeze. Bin the tissue and, to kill the germs, wash your hands with soap and water, or use sanitiser gel.
